Our Team

Grenna is the co-founder of the Rollings Foundation. She is a native of South Africa and has been living in the United States since 1992.  Prior to arriving in the US, Grenna worked as a Social Worker in South Africa and in London, England. 

For the past 22 years, she has worked at Dallas College as a college administrator and adjunct faculty.  During her tenure at Dallas College, she has assumed numerous leadership roles in the area of student services. She led a program which provided academic support services for students who are first generation college students, and who are low-income or disabled. In addition to her administrator roles, she taught business management courses as an adjunct professor.. 

Grenna earned a Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa and a MBA degree from Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, Texas. Grenna is married to William and they have two beautiful daughters, Alexis and Alyssa. 

William is the co-founder of the Rollings Foundation. His career spans 20 years in the federal government and 10 years in the corporate sector.  

At the Government, his team sold surplus Government real estate in a 15-state territory. He spent 16 years as an adjunct professor at Dallas College, where he taught courses in management and business. He is a leadership coach and the author of two devotional books, Jump Start the Next Generation and Jump Start Your Day.

William is a native of Perry, Florida. He and his wife Grenna are the proud parents of two daughters Alexis and Alyssa. William holds a MBA degree from the University of Texas in Austin and a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University.
